The optometrist was great! The optical department not so much. My insurance will pay up to $160.00 for frame. They told me I could not use my insurance towards a more expensive frame. That if I got a more expensive frame that I would have to pay the full price (with a 20 % duscount). When I tried to explain to the manager that this was not how much my insurance worked they were rude, would not even listen to me, and just sent me on my way. I filed a complaint with my insurance company which clarified that the way M&M tried to do business was not how the insurance is supposed to work.

I had the best "optical" experience I have ever had in my adult life. From the time I walked in, staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Jennifer was wonderful, explaining things and providing support but NO PRESSURE. I was given the emotional space to make decisions regarding my eyes which I had never felt before. I highly recommend this organization for anyone seeking examination and care for their eyes. Martha
