We've been using Fruth Group for many years and feel that we get local, responsive, top notch service. We feel very comfortable that we have the most secure network and backups and that they stay at the forefront of ever-changing technology. With our maintenance package, anyone in our office can open a ticket and we get a same day response (not the black hole). We also love that Fruth is a family-run company, not an off-shore answering service or public corporation. We are on first name basis with many of their techs, back-office staff and sales people. I highly recommend Fruth for any business.

not bad service, I got no service at all (July 7, 2019) after 5 years as customer with no issues. I was turned away with the explanation that the business had changed its name and was just servicing business clients not the people of Prescott? If I own a business I would not support this action with my computer needs, what happens to your business when they decide to change again?
