Ms Towles in my opinion lacks integrity and professionalism. Her unethical actions ending up costing me thousands of dollars. Without cause, she prepared a prescription at the request of an unstable patient stating I needed to remove a Spa from my rental because the patient stated hazardous fumes where coming from a 14 year old Spa that had been cleaned, drained and sealed. The patient/tenant took this to Yavapai Development Services. The tenant repeatly stated she did not like the Spa and wanted it removed. The department responded by requesting unnecessary air quality tests to proof no toxic fumes were present. I tried calling her office numerous times, but she was to arrogant to return my call. No professional person would ever engage in thIs type of activity to destroy a person based on hearsay. If someone would do this -- what else are they capable of doing!

We are new to the area and needed to find a family care provider who would see our entire family. I feel so fortunate that we came across Peggy "Petey" Towles through our web searches. I was not sure what to expect from her office, but our experience, from the time we called to request an appointment through our actual appointment one week later, was outstanding. Petey was great with our children and she asked a lot of questions and really listened to the answers. She spent a great deal of time with each member of the family and addressed each of our medical concerns with simple explanations to causes, solutions and even provided contacts for other resources in the area of which we might want to take advantage. We are very happy to have Petey as our primary care provider.
