LMAO. I called to make an appointment for a skin cancer screening. I explained that I don't have health insurance and wanted to know what would be the cost? They told me they don't take cash payment! I LOL'd and said "You've got to love America these days! So, you don't want my money or others' money, huh? Well, good luck with that." I'll be telling everyone I know never to do business with this outfit.

Had an appointment at 2:00 pm and was told to arrive early to complete paperwork. I waited for about 90 minutes before being called back (they had an additional doctor that day, too). 3 hours after patiently waiting for my call from the pharmacy, I called to request a status update and was told the script was never sent by the office. When I get the results from the culture I'll be re-scheduling my follow-up with a different dermatologist.

I recently switch to Dr. Cirelli last year because my other dermatologist didn't care about my time. I had a great experience. Although he is quiet, he knows his stuff and is willing to remove anything that I mentioned bothered me even though it is harmless without racking up my bill. Staff is friendly. Very welcoming environment.
