Third time an appt. has been canceled and good luck getting someone to answer the phone. The only thing they do well is to send appt. reminds, over and over. Totally unreliable. Find another eye center.

If it was optional to rate them a zero, I would today. The doctors are phenomenal but the office staff are incompetent. Can never get through to a human being. Their voice mail rudely says not to leave multiple messages, but nobody ever calls you back. I've left 2 messages over a week and a half, and sent a note via the "Contact Us" link on their website but I've yet to hear from anybody. Just needed to confirm the location for my appointment tomorrow at 8 am since last year they had me go to a different location due a scheduling mixup and I can't remember, a year later, which location this year's appointment was made for. I also wanted to confirm that an appointment I made a year ago is still scheduled, due to so many changes during these Covid times. I guess I will not go for an appointment tomorrow. They had better not try charging me a no-show fee or the BBB will be hearing from me. So frustrated

This place is not reliable!!! Don't even call when they cancel your appointment. Tried calling can't get a person to talk to. Need to get records no one even answers. They need to lose licenses. Zero STARS!!!!
