My business has been using Holdsworth Chadd Fuller for over a decade for taxes, monthly closing of accounting period and Quickbooks support. I've also been using them for my personal taxes as well. Poor experience! When Matt moved to Crossfit we were placed with Jeff Chadd. Filing for 2015 was off by more than $13,000. Told me two weeks before the 15th of April that we were in great shape, nothing owed. Called me on the 14th to say I owed $5500 and blamed it on us for "bad information". Went over the taxes with Matt and ended up having a return of $8000. He also incorrectly filed for the adoption of one of my sons in 2015. 2016 filing also estimated taxes off over $12,000. Make sure you are checking their figures. Horrible experience.

You guys really rock! Your awesome response time and fantastic service for quickly resolving my QB problems was amazing! I appreciate how quickly Tina responded; how you asked Monica to get in touch with me by phone, and how she was able to resolve my mess in less than an hour. Honestly, I had spent about 5 hours doing what I could, and I hit a wall and was truly in tears, as I had no idea what to do, and deadlines were looming. It's nice not to have to do everything myself, because let's face it, I can't be an expert in everything. It's worth whatever the charge and then some. I don't know what I'd do without you guys! My husband and I own two Jay's Bird Barn stores -- one in Prescott, Arizona and one in Sedona, Arizona. We have used Holdsworth and Company, P.C., CPAs as our business accountants for the past 10 years. Holdsworth and Company prepares our quarterly tax reports and our yearly Federal and State Income Tax reports, and they do a timely and excellent job. We also meet with Matt Holdsworth on a yearly basis to do tax planning, and we feel his knowledge and advice has been invaluable. In addition to the tax services they provide for us, we rely heavily on Matt to help us with our Quickbooks Point of Sale systems, as he is a Quickbooks Pro. Matt has helped us over the years with the initial installation as well as maintaining and upgrading our Quickbooks Point of Sale. We would be lost without his knowledgeable and professional help. We enjoy our positive relationship with all of the associates at Holdsworth and Company. They are friendly and helpful, and always return our phone calls and emails without fail.
