The guys at Certified Transmission are the best around. Mike and Paul, and the techs are friendly, honest and always go the extra mile to make sure I'm satisfied. Prices are fair and reasonable even when the diagnosis is a tricky one. For about 20 years now they've been taking care of my vehicles from transmission and differential rebuilds to oil changes and coolant leaks. They've always done me right.

They had my jeep for 8 months. And almost 5,000 dollars later. The check engine light was still on the day I got it back. I have had my jeep back for probably like 7 months and I got an oil change last week, they said I should get my jeep looked at by a mechanic. The mechanic that looked at my jeep said the transmission is going out and could go out any day. So certified auto transmission didnt fix my jeep and now Im out a vehicle after spending almost 5,000 to fix it. I would die before I would ever take a vehicle to this shop again. Theyre a transmission shop and they gave me my vehicle back with a bad transmission. They have damaged my life beyond repair. Im out a vehicle AND 5,000 dollars. The biggest mistake Ive made in my life is trusting them with my jeep.

I spent over $5000 dollars. I was happy with the service but they didn't even check the fluids on my truck. Very nice people. I would've thought that after spending that much money, they could have at least followed up. I haven't heard from them. I really hope that they care enough to check up. I'm disappointed that they charge more money for a 2 year warranty.
