I reviewed Bar None Plumbing and gave it a poor review about 2 months ago. I have since been in contact with the owner, and they have totally corrected the issues I had with my sink and have renewed my faith in them for getting the job done. Thanks for the follow up and finishing the job. I'd reccomend Bar None, and will use them again for my plumbing needs!!

Bar None Plumbing is false advertising in their name. They are NOT Bar None based on it's meaning. I don't often post for poor service, but this was bad. Very poor in communication, very flaky in scheduling, made promises they did not keep and wasted 4 weeks time for our plumbing fixes, just to start over from scratch. They showed how truly unprofessional they are in the management of their business. If they couldn't or didn't want to do the work, we would have appreciated them to tell us to find someone else, rather than cancel 3 appointments at the last minute, delaying our project for 3 weeks after waiting a week for scheduling. We were referred to this company by a General Contractor, which we will report this incident too as it made him look bad for the referral. They provided us a concise estimate, was very professional at sales time. Higher price, but seemed a qualified plumber to do the work. We weren't looking for cheap and did not ask for discounts. Value costs and we understand. They scheduled a week later. We traveled from the Valley to have work done on this second home. Had sent an email (not everyone gets there emails immediately) cancelling the appointment because the plumber, Dennis I believe, was injured. When we spoke, we were told the plumber injured himself and would have to reschedule for the following week. Had they called us, we would not have had a wasted trip from the Valley to Chino. WE called 2 days before the appointment to reconfirm for the reschedule. We were told the appointment was cancelled as the plumber was still out - they apparently were going to give us another last minute notice. They rescheduled for the 3rd week. We tried to be understanding if someone was injured. We called before the 3rd week appointment and were told the plumber was still out, but they were pulling another plumber from a new construction job to do the work. When we spoke to reconfirm the 3rd appointment (the 4th time scheduling), the office person said she spoke to her boss and he decided "The work was to complex and they were too busy for our job, so they need to pass on the project and we should hire someone else. As an owner of a high-end contracting business with 5-Star Reviews and as a home-owner, this is one of the most unprofessional blow-offs. While we understand injuries cannot be prevented, they committed to the job, led us on for 3 weeks and then canceled because our job was not convenient - and we do realize commercial work is more profitable than residential. The only reason we give the a 2 star review is they were professional at the start of the sale and at least they answered the phone to give us the blow off. They installed a new faucet in our Master bathroom and when they couldn't figure out how to stop it from leaking, they blamed the manufacturer...They then stated they are too busy to come and fix their error. Do not use this company!!!!!!! Go anywhere else with your business.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Bar None Plumbing. I originally got referred to them from a family friend because of their timeliness and used them to add a gas line through my house and into my attic. Then I just used them again to hook up a drinking water filter under my kitchen sink. This time Dennis came out for the install, he was really great! He was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Whenever I have called to asked questions or to schedule my appointments they have always been extremely friendly and helpful as well. They will definitely be my go to plumber for any additional needs I may have for my home.
