Eric Strobel - State Farm Insurance Agent

Met with Eric Strobel, Prescott, a few days ago. We had an excellent (and fun!) meeting. He helped adjust some coverage as compared to what I picked for the online quote. I went home and looked things over and decided to purchase the SF coverage through Eric. I will add while waiting to speak with Eric with talked to two women in the office (sorry, didn't get your names) and that was also a good experience. So far so good. As with all insurance though you really don't know how good your policy is until you make a claim and as with all insurance basically you hope you never need to make a claim!

When my previous insurance failed me I began looking for other providers. I used to have State Farm as a teenager and left due to cost. But I quickly realized the cheapest policies are likely not in your best interest. Although, returning to State Farm I now have better coverage for almost the same price as my last provider. On top of this, I was able to speak with Blanca over the phone whereas other providers wont even answer their phones! I had additional questions outside the realm of the online application and she was very kind, knowledgeable and personable! She took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure everything was accurate for me and my household while ensuring I was getting the best deal possible. I did reach out to several agents in my area and Eric and his team were the only ones to get back to me, so thank you! I am confident I now have an appropriate policy that won't let me down.

State Farm always goes above & beyond to make sure we are taken care of! Reasonable rates & excellent service since I started driving over 20 years ago

My insurance needs were many and somewhat complicated. Kevin did a great job helping me transfer from my previous insurance. Part of the challenge was property I owned in a different state and getting appraisal of personal property. Thank you, Kevin, for your expertise.
