        CAUTION!!! Before you sign a contract with Sun Burst Patio read the details. We signed our contract in September 2022 and the company has no idea on when the materials will be delivered and installed. The materials back log is very long ; however, Sun Burst continues to provide bids and issue contracts knowing the materials were severely backed up from the manufacturer. So, bottom line, if you are expecting your build in a timely manner- you may want to reach out to other companies. All I can say is BEWARE before signing the contract with Sun Burst.

        Stay away from this and Allumawood. 11/2 years, over 3000 deposit for work. Nothing, blamed it on Covid, I blame it on single source and poor management. Neighbors had a new house built in that time period. Cant get refund, no updates unless I walk I in store and that is we dont know.

        Took over a year to get the product and they charged me more after the hail ruined the top even though they didnt have to replace the support system
