This is the worst hair salon (I wouldn't even call it that...it's a dirty dive) I have ever been to. Connie did the worst coloring job ever! She left patches of gray in the back and the top was 5 shades lighter than the rest. The gray roots were light bronze (the rest of my hair is darkest brown). When I explained to her what happened, she raised her voice and became very defensive blaming ME! She is abrasive, defensive and extremely un-professional! I demanded a refund as I do not ever want to do business with them again. When I spoke to the owner, all she could say was we are all independent....no sorry or offer to fix it! She rudely said, "just come in and get your money". I am shocked that a business treats customers like this especially when they employ rude non-talented people. BEWARE!!! This place is a filthy nightmare!
