Sakura Buffet

My fiancé & I usually order the same thing: egg flower soup, pork dumplings & hot tea. The egg noodle chips that go with the egg flower soup was STALE. The tea we ordered was FLAVORLESS, any color at all was LACKING. The people we were seated 2ft next to had a man COUGHING every 2 minutes WITHOUT covering his mouth. Immediately lost our appetite. Our waitress did not once come to check on us until we asked for the check. She asked us why we didn't finish our soup, I replied it was because of the coughing man beside us. She cancelled our pork dumplings & gave us the check. Upon paying, the cashier did not ask how our meal went or show any type of customer service. HORRIBLE service, food and atmosphere. Our order was simple, yet it was extremely bad. Use to come here for years but will not come again. Panda Express is better, at least its fresher than Lotus Garden. One star rating is still too high than they deserve.

This was the worst food we have ever had. We are from Tucson and have never eaten Chinese food this horrible. SAVE YOUR MONEY

Love the sushi and dinner selections my son & I have tried. Service can be super slow but the food makes it worthwhile.

Sandy and I have had take out here twice since we've been in Pinetop. We had the mixed vegetables both times. We also had sesame chicken and mushu pork. All the dishes were very good. They were ready both times when we were informed that they would be ready. Prices are reasonable. The dine-in restaurant is very presentable, but I don't know more than that.
