The initial consultation was disorganized and took longer than I would like. And the front desk workers were not friendly. However, the nurses, the doctor and front desk worker for the procedure made up for this experience as they were wonderful!

The wait is terribly long! When you leave a sample theres like 6 other cups filled with samples in the drop box. Its Gross and it smells and feels unsanitary. Everyone kept checking with the receptionist on how long will it be, they loaded up appointments with not enough employees to support. Not respecting anyones time here.

Absolutely worst health service I have ever received. The front desk lady Destiny, messed up my appointment, and falsely told me I was okay to come in the building after calling the front desk. Once I came in, I was told in a very cold manner that I would have to wait for a call and text, after being told I was okay to come in. I returned inside the building after I got the text, and was then told by the you lady, Destiny, that my attitude was disrespectful and was intolerable. I was informed there was a 3 strike policy and that I was on my first strike. Later the situation escalated, the manager and Destiny both sided with one another and ended up refusing service to me. They exaggerated my actions to the Doctor in order to keep service from me and my child. They refused to check on my baby to see if everything was healthy. These employees do NOT care about their patients and have no respect for any woman that enters through those doors. The manager played victim and not one apology or comforting action was displayed. The absolute worst health care facility in the U.S. I encourage no young female to go to family planning camelback. You can find a much more caring, supportive health facility for you and your child. I hope corporate sees this and reviews with these employees.

I just want to thank all the nurses who walked me through the process and made me feel comfortable. I have a couple things Id like to give feedback on..I didnt mind waiting out in the rain for my appointment since this is the only clinic in AZ that seems to be doing abortions. The consultation nurse was amazing, she made me feel welcome and was the sweetest. I left positive and knew I was making the right choice after speaking to the Dr and her making me feel like Im not a terrible person for my decision. It was a hard one at the end. When I came back for the abortion I was obviously nervous but they made me feel safe. I was walked through the process step by step. Finally it was done& here is where things got a bit uncomfortable . The nurse that sits with you while you wait for your ride kept was very rude and was gossiping with another nurse as I sat between them. They were also making fun of a patient by giggling amongst each other for her request. She also kept abruptly waking me up by reclining my chair upwards without a warning which kept startling me as I was coming down from the medication. I dont know if these nurse will ever be talked to but I hope they see this and stop making people feel uncomfortable and embarrassed after such a nerve racking process. It was not easy for me to go through this and I truly felt safe and comfortable up until the last 2 nurses.
