The receptionist was a little bit rude...but the providers was friendly but the waiting( on the provider;was a male!)omg!! More than 1:30 !Hopefully they can help me with my issues because I'm already setting up everything in here! ?and I don't like to be jumping around from places! And guess what? I'm still waiting for my ultrasound results!! From months now!

Me and my fianc came here for our ultrasound appointment and we have our daughter with us. Of course the natural instinct is to bring her with us. When we went to check in they instantly tell us only one person per appointment with no exception even in the waiting room (my daughter is 1) and even when my fianc tells them we were not aware of any rule changes and didnt plan to keep her anywhere they suggests we leave my daughter at a McDonalds or In the car. This experience was very unprofessional and even our initial appointment the nurses seems to not care or have a sense of consideration. This was our very first ultrasound with our 2nd child and we were excited but they killed that entire experience. The lack of sympathy and empathy is felt

The visits have, thus far, been fine, but their web portal and app are rage inducing. Doing a password reset or trying to sign in is literally click, wait two minutes, then the screen responds like you just clicked it, spins for about three-five minutes, and when you have to do a text or email verification code, it either never shows up or will eventually show up with 10 of them. I recorded but can't post a video of me trying to reset my password, it was already a minute in when I started recording a two minute video, then at least another minute for the page to finally move to the next page, which is crazy in 2022.

They have been bought out by Florida and no longer accept insurance through the market place. So any AZ insurance through United they dont take. Mind you we pay a lot of money for insurance but its not good enough. Anyways, I was completely distraught because I found out my baby stopped growing and I knew I needed a d&c. I wanted to be seen here because they did all my prenatal care. I left in tears. My husband went in to find out how much out of pocket and they lady said $150 for the visit. So we decided to stay just to confirm baby had stopped developing. Tell me why I got a bill today for $180 for that visit? Its completely disheartening and dishonest. I paid even more the next day for the ultrasound. To confirm no fetal pole. The doctor NEVER followed up or called with the next steps. This all took place at 11/3. Im glad they dont take my new insurance because I found someone else who really cares about our loss and prioritized helping us with our loss. Sorry I love you Dr Howard but Davidson is not it and the billing practices are completely ridiculous and dishonest.
