        I have called them 5 times over the last month trying to have my rented bottles picked up (08/15, 08/30, 09/07, 09/13 and today 09/15). I have requested a list of the items that they say we should have and have had nothing so far. Still waiting on both the pick up and the list. Seems they are prolonging this to get that extra month of rental fees. I got news for them.
