PURCHASED VEHICLE ALMOST 7 YRS AGO. CARS STILL RIDING LIKE NEW. GREAT CAR SELECTION. GOOD QUALITY USED VEHICLES. THE PERSON THAT REFERRED ME BOUGHT A CAR AT LEAST4 YRS PRIOR TO ME. AND HERS IS STILL IN GREAT SHAPE AND SHE MOVED TO INDIANA. TOOK IT TO ILLINOIS SEVERAL TIMES. REGULAR MAINTENANCE. MY VEHICLE HAS BEEN PAID OFF FOR SEVERAL YEARS. STILL IN GOOD CONDITION. WILL DEFINITELY MAKE A 2ND PURCHASE!

Safe yourself the time to never even look at a car in this place.!!! After they sell you the car they become mean and slimy. No one know what to do unless "Rosie" is there which is only Monday and Wednesday which I work 10 hour days so can never get a hold of her. Mark will use his weight to bully you and be extremely rude... before I could even pay off the car I was sold a year ago I've already had to get a timing belt, thermostat, and a crack radiator fixed. I also go in three months ago to pay off the car and same guy Mark who has no idea what to do unless "Rosie" is there (like all of them.) Didn't want to take my payment until Rosie looked at it and call me back... 3 months later I get a call from the owner mad that I haven't made a payment in 3 months. I explained I was trying to pay it off and never got a call back..(which these men all blamed on me..)what great customer service!! .but funny enough I get pushed under the door for that long and he had no idea what was going... lack of communication on there part. this place is a nightmare!! save yourself the trouble and never go here.
