Definitely the easiest car buying experience in the valley. No haggle pricing and straight up transparency the whole way through. Molly Mackie is an A+ salesperson. Ask for her and youll have a great time. Chris in finance got me buttoned up in record times and I was in and out with a new car in less than 2 hours. Test drive, pricing/payment, keys and gone just like that. 10/10 would recommend Hertz. Would give 6 stars if I could.

I've been dealing with Ethan. On the first day of filling out an application on a vehicle he was prompt at getting my questions answered and getting my info sent to their lenders. After the first hour of day 1 he ghosted me. All I wanted was an update or an answer. It's extremely irritating dealing with such unprofessional staff. It takes 2 seconds to reply to an email, send a text or give a quick call back. I have a busy schedule myself and don't have time to be on the phone all day. All I wanted was a quick response. And if you didn't have one at the time, just say that instead of ignoring me. It's going on 5 days of silence so I don't really know how much more time was needed. I've called 4 times, and left messages with his coworkers that said they would have him call me back. I have sent 2 emails. All ignored. Is it that hard to just reply? It's like pulling teeth when you ask for transparency these days. You costed me multiple hard inquiries on my credit report for absolute zero reason apparently, of course I'm going to be upset.
