Went to buy new scrubs today. Salesperson had a friend sitting next to check out with her. She was on the phone the entire time I was shopping which was okay because it sounded as if she was trying to fix a problem for another customer. I found what I was looking for, without assistance. Went up to check out. Waited for her to get off phone. She proceeded to finish her phone conversation and at least said, "Hello." Then proceeded to print out a receipt on the computer. I was patiently waiting. She sat there, reading the receipt (I was the only customer in the store). I was trying to be patient....she then received another phone call and instead of asking them to hold, started having a conversation. I never did get checked out. After waiting for approx. 2 minutes at the counter, I walked out. Yes, maybe my sale would have only been about $75 but at least it was a sale. Glad this store is rich enough to ignore the basics of customer service. I would be fired if I behaved this way as a nurse.
