I stopped in to visit Nicole and Mitch nearly at the end of their day, no doubt it's a long day. They didn't hurry me out of the office, they're kind, transparent, obviously highly knowledgeable and empathetic. They offered insight and options. If you seek authentic, transparent communication, Allstate is the place to visit!

Exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing car repair. They were honest, friendly and communicated everything that was required with several phone conversations. 10 years ago Allstate was the only shop to correctly diagnose my transmissions computer problem while several other shops just wanted to charge me to rebuild it. Since then they've rebuilt a dodge diesel transmission for me and they've replaced shift solenoids in my trucks 4L80E. I trust and recommend them to anyone who asks.
