Across Arizona Tours

Across Arizona Tours as a decent tour company in that the woman who answers the phones was friendly (Customer Support) when I booked the tour and the driver was nice. What was absolutely horrible was the van!The website and Customer Support all said that the van was super comfortable and easy to get in/out of. This is a LIE!!!! The van had zero leg room! My friend and I struggled for 5 hours to get comfortable and failed! The people behind us had the same issue. This horrid design left us all miserable when we got out of the van. To add insult is that step stool they brough along as it was needed to get out of the van without hurting yourself.Several people were old and had difficulty moving around so they had to wait until the driver came around to get out of the van. A few of them couldn't wait as the driver got distracted and got off without the step, and they wobbled and almost fell several times!!!The driver was OK with providing some basic info on the places we were arriving at while we were in the van but once outside, we didn't offer any insight. I saw plenty tour operators that gave their group a history lesson with great detail...all we got was the driver starting every sentence with "You know..." These failures are unacceptable, and I say that no one should ever book a tour with this company!

We booked two tours with Across Arizona during our stay. We did the Sedona tour and the Grand Canyon tour. On both days our tour guides (Eric and Tyson) were extremely friendly and helpful and made it a very enjoyable experience. Would highly recommend.

What an awesome trip. Taylor is amazing at what he does. He is full of a lot of history and knowledge. We loved his personal stories as well. Definitely would recommend the trip to the Grand Canyon. Our 13 year old daughter even enjoyed it. Great family experience.

While most of the attractions were still closed because of COVID-19, we were having trouble finding things to do. We found this tour on line and booked it immediately. We were picked up early the morning of the trip right at our motel by Taylor Branch who immediately made you feel like a life long friend. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and remembered everyone's name for the rest of the tour. His passion for his job is unmatched! Taylor made sure that every guest was comfortable, fed, taken breaks when needed and was not going to return until you saw every stop. The fires made traffic stop at several places but he let the group decide if we could stay later and then stayed with us, continuing with the tour until late at night.
