I accidentally ordered regular iced tea online instead of Thai iced tea. This was my fault. My mom went in there to pick it up for me and said that we ordered Thai tea. The guy said no you ordered regular tea but in a very rude manner and showed her the order. My mom was okay with it and asked for Thai tea instead. The worker said you owe me two dollars! My mom was like okay Ill pay with card and the guy got angry and said that we owe him two dollars and that it has to be with cash, or hed have to charge five dollars. She said she doesnt have cash and he said again in quite the rude manner that we need to pay and that we owe him AGAIN with card. My mom said why do you think I wont pay you? And came back to the car. We didnt bring the credit card since we ordered online but we had Apple Pay. Before my mom went inside this really sweet lady who heard the whole thing and looked at him like what. Gave us the two dollars. Shout out to her. Anyway, I understand the frustration one may feel working and having people tell you that they ordered something else when they didnt, but you shouldnt act so uncouth working. It just drives people away. We will not be coming back, salam
