Problem #1:
I was terminated for not passing a QA Phone Test....but I was never given a QA phone test and a manager never discussed any QA test or QA score with me. Well, Adecco's management staff and I had a conference call where they stated EPIQ(the company I was assigned to work for) said I had, in fact, had (2) QA Phone Test that I failed, but Adecco said do to privacy issues, they could not provide me with the date, times of these supposed QA Test, nor the names of the person/Manager who discussed these QA Test and test scores with me.. image that!!!
Problem #2: I was told I would get a bonus of $1000 just for working in the month of Dec 2023, but they would only pay me a $500 BONUS, stating the bonus was ALWAYS based on hours worked...but that is not what I was told by several Adecco Reps and I also provided emails between several Adecco Rep's and me, where I am asking when this $1000 Bonus will be applied to which pay period after working the month of Dec 2023.
Problem #3: You can never reach them!!! You will have to make repeated calls and repeated emails to get any response. Very unorganized.. they continue to send me emails to apply for the same position working with EPIQ that I was wrongfully fired from. Does anyone have any advise; legal or otherwise?
What really made me upset is I turned down a great job, because I needed the BONUS!!! money right away more!!!! Please don't learner your lesson the hard way..like I did!!!

Update: they left a comment stating to email them for a follow up - they havent even responded or to phone messages. They have the time for google reviews but not for work. Seems like these people dont work smh no wonder no one wants to work anymore.
I wish I could give zero stars. Nothing about this company is professional.
Had 2 interviews, no one called.
Fake job postings, no one answers emails/calls - unprofessional staff in the front office and again, fake job postings. Just another company trying to take advantage - they will spam your phone with incessant text messages and they dare say they are looking for professional computer work.
Do not even bother with this company.

The same in every state. Look at these reviews. I sent my resume over two weeks ago. No response whatsoever. However they got on here real quick to look at the thousands of examples of terrible experiences and start defending themselves. Keep up the good work. Same everywhere. Promise.
