Nothing is worse then having your customers listen to silence or scratchy radio music while they are on hold for someone to speak to! Or to be playing the radio and have your competitor's commercial playing! I was on hold with a company and they had the most professional on hold message playing! When the office manager came back on the phone, I asked her about her on hold message. She told me that the company who produced it was America On Hold. I immediately told my manager about this and we ended up signing up with them. Their sales people are professional, their voice talent options and music choices are immense! I would highly recommend them if you are looking to increase your sales or just want to get rid of your silent hold time.

The worst company you can ever deal with. I tried to cancel, and they refused. They refused to give me the address where I can return their lousy equipment. We agreed to change the message twice a year. They did not change it. They keep charging your account after cancellation. Professional rip off people. DONT USE THEM, Trust me

I have worked with America On Hold at no less than 20 independent locations with great results. AOH is always willing to help and goes the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. Their service and reliability is top notch. I highly recommend them!
