Level One Cabling

My company just did an office reconfiguration. We selected Level One Communications, Inc (Chase Dubs) to do the work. Chase and his team were very professional, reasonably priced, and hard working. They went above and beyond what I thought a company would do. Chase made sure he followed up on the work and was able to solve some other issues that came up after the reconfiguration. I would recommend this company to all.

Level One Communications was a pleasure to do business with. They just installed my new office office network (router/firewall, network switch, wireless access points, etc) and security system. I'm impressed by the quality of their work and attention to detail. After all of the work was completed, Chase, the owner of Level One, provided us with a floor plan layout showing where all of the cabling was located (along with a numbering system so I know what jack number to activate) along with print outs of all of the important Cox Business account numbers, static IP settings, wireless network name / password, etc. The security system notifies us directly - not a 3rd party vendor - when the doors open/close during business hours as well as motion sensors that will go off after hours. The security system was a one time purchase. We saved almost 75% compared to the 36-month agreement we almost signed with one of the popular big companies out there. We are able to receive notifications via the security system app on our Android phones, as well as e-mail and text notifications. This was a great option to avoid costly false alarms where the police could potentially show up and charge us $80.00 per incident! The FortiVoice phone system allows us to have big company features - such as Auto Attendants, Voicemail to E-mail and Cell phone integration at a fraction of the cost of other competing systems. We were able to get a single VoIP (Voice over IP - over the Internet) phone line that supports 8 concurrent calls - so there's no need for us to spend $40.00 / month / per additional phone line when we need to expand our business in the future! We have 8 phone lines for the price of one! Chase put me in touch with one of the inside Cox Business sales reps he works with. Even after placing our order with Cox Business, Chase was able to help us save 45% on our monthly service charges as well as educate us as to what download / upload speed we actually needed for our internet browsing, phones and security system. Level One did everything and more that they agreed to, and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to any business needing their services.

I hired Level One to put a new phone system in the company I was working for. Incredible professionalism, and follow thru. Over the years I have been able to call on Level One for adjustments, changes etc. and the response has been great. Excellent company and awesome owner Chase Dubs.

We've had Level One come into our office a number of times. During an office remodel Chase came in ahead of time to map out where wires needed to be pulled. He worked with the men doing the construction to ensure the job was done correctly, and then set up each office phone. He was always professional and when the job was done he cleaned! All the drywall, bits of wire, dust ect. was gone! He built out a wireless network for our apartment community, so that each apartment had it's own secure wireless internet connection. Very elaborate planning, construction and layout. No detail was over looked! He very patiently explained to our leasing and maintenance staff, how the tracking of log-in codes and equipment worked. Anytime we had any issue at all, Chase took care of it immediately! Chase with Level One Communications is great with just about everything from building networks, cabling, to installing surveillance cameras. I would recommend giving him a call, even if he can't help you- he always gives good advice!

We are an apartment community located in Tempe, AZ. Back in 2012 in addition to doing some major renovations to our property. We hired Chase, with Level One to install WIiFi through out our property. Being a large community (400 + units!) Chase was met with MANY obstacles along the way, all of which he and his team were able to resolve. He was very hands-on with each installation. He gave our staff detailed explanations of how everything worked ( Most of which was over my head!) and answered all of our questions along the way! The equipment was not cheap, but it has proven to be a wise investment. By offering individual WiFi in each apartment we have drastically improved our resident retention and by doing so increased our bottom line! We opted to stick with Chase for WiFi support- frankly because he built the networks, so he knows it better than anyone. Right? This was an obvious decision. Not to mention one of the best decisions we've made- as we have had acts-of-God destroy equipment, outages at 3 a.m. and the ever so frequent Not-so-Tech-savey residents! (We Love our Residents, but you know how it is!) Chase has personally met with residents to explain the network, helped to enter Mac Addresses into the systems and taken care of ALL unexpected outages promptly! I would highly recommend Level One Communications, to any community looking to beat out the competitors with this in demand amenity! We are thoroughly satisfied, thanks Chase!
