TCC, Verizon Authorized Retailer

Stay away if at all possible. There are plenty of real Verizons nearby so avoid this "authorized retailer". Extremely unhelpful and unknowledgeable representative as well as rude and just not willing to help. I made a mistake and came to this location because one of the real Verizons sent me to another location for a product they were out of. I came to this location by accident instead of the one down the street and these people told me I lied about my situation. I don't understand how Verizon can let their brand deteriorate like this because I didn't realize this was an authorized retailer and not an actual store until much later. These people seem to try to steal business from real Verizon stores that offer much better prices than these "authorized retailers" and will lie to customers to get them to believe they have the best price. Also the worker was on her phone alone in the store when I walked in and despite standing 4 feet in front of her looking to her for help she couldn't be bothered to greet me or say a word. Sorry for coming in, I promise it won't happen again.
