        My son was stranded without his phone, the dispatch understood the situation and got a driver to pick him up quick without making it a royal problem! Could not have gotten an uber or lyft, and I tried two other taxi services that said their drivers were busy, VIPs driver called me to confirm info and then they called me back to let me know my son was ok and had been picked up! Awesome service! Thx VIP!

        Left me 1hr than sent me a text apologizing for not making it. I had to order another taxi. Very frustrating They said 15mins 3times telling me to wait instead of saying we don't have any drivers available. 2 Airport ride was okay cause they only charged $15 from Airport to Downtown PHX
