Usually my rides are on time, good service and uneventful, meaning safe. I've only been on 1 ride that I felt, "wow, was that a close call" however the driver reacted well and it definitely would not have been his fault if there'd been an accident, the other driver was going the wrong way down a oneway street. I would encourage everyone to wear their seat belts as soon as you get in, as we realized very quick during that close call. Otherwise, all have been on time and very helpful and the shared ride is usually pretty quick at getting you to your destination safely and on time. And the cost was decent also.

Long story short, I never say never, however, SuperShuttle Phoenix will be the absolute LAST choice in the future. My husband called from the airport stating the driver ran THREE red lights, did a U-Turn in front of a NO U-TURN sign, and went at least 12 miles out of the way for the last pick up. The guard in my gated community gave the driver verbal directions AND a map marked with a red line from the gate to the home for pickup. It is a 90 second drive. It took the driver TEN MINUTES arrive. The guard contacted us as soon as he entered. When the driver hadn't arrived in three minutes the guard went looking for him. In the meantime, I called SuperShuttle to ask them to contact the driver. Finally, after a lengthy automated blah blah, a male named Pat answered. He stated 'it is against company policy for drivers to answer their cell while driving.' After trying to explain again to Pat that the driver could be wandering in this large community for an extended period of time, he had only one answer, 'I'm not driving the van!' After his fifth repeat in succession I stated that I was well aware of that fact and it was a very insulting comment. To which he replied that he was ending the call. I rarely give negative feedback, however, this company earned a one star fair and square, start to finish! This was my first experience with this company.

Second time Super Shuttle driver has almost cause an accident by cutting in between two cars with less than two car space between. He didnt even look behind him at all in his mirror. This happened on 12/12/16 @ 4:45pm van #938. Sad. They wont be satisfied until someone is seriously injured or killed.
