It's no longer Blue Taxi, but President Cab. When it was Blue Taxi, it was a very reliable service that was on time with schedule pick ups and professionalism. Since it changed to President Cab, they failed to pick me up when I tried to schedule for a ride and had never even made a call when I called for a pick up. When I tried to call back after a while, they didn't even answer the phone. Their drivers are nice and sometimes considerate, but it is the so-called new owner who made me feel uncomfortable and lose faith in the quality of the service when not taking my call, failing to send for a driver when he said he would, failed to stick to a set schedule when I scheduled for a pick up, and tried to pressure me when staying at the place he dropped me off at, which cost me more money. I only used this service for the fact that they have bigger vehicles than other cab services. I am a Single Mother with a newborn and can't afford certain strains when having to take publicly available private transportation. I actually miss the driver(s) of Blue Taxi because at least they made a better effort to making me feel comfortable and took my time in greater consideration. Their efforts were better than President Cab.
