Please take a close look at Earl Kimbell's review here. Then read a review from the same Earl Kimbell on Thervo.com. In the Thervo review, he offers a glowing review. It's quite the contrast. His review here is emotionally charged and a weak attempt to discredit a person who has been in business for over 20 years. If Kimbell had a legitimate claim or grievance, a lawsuit would have been filed.

Most important, Kimbell hasn't stated HOW Kwik Tax and Accounting injured him. One thing for sure, Kimbell hasn't taken care of business and properly handled his own businesses, by closing them the PROPER way.

For FACTS, and not conjecture, look up Earl Kimbell within the "Entity Search" portion of the Arizona Corporation Commission.

Brian Johnson is an emotionally-reactive and highly defensive person who pretends to be reasonable...that is, until he is requested to be more diligent about fully informing me of penalties which may affect my liabilities to the IRS. Requests like this are received by Brian as a personal attack, after which Brian shows his underlying unprofessional and immature nature with a defensive email comprised largely of all caps, bold type, and underlining--highly unprofessional. If you appreciate professionalism and the ability to communicate in a clear and dispassionate manner, seek tax assistance elsewhere.
