Honest and professional ! Fixed the pump in 10 minutes. Only in need of a new capacitor for 125. Had a “pool guy “ assess the prior day who wanted to charge $1800 to replace the entire unit.

Our waterfall pump gave out, and after calling 3 other companies, contacted Tiffany who took the time in asking questions and for pictures. Within an hour, appointment was set, and our tech, Carlos, was The Best! He provided options on repair, was meticulous in his work, ensuring all was working properly before he left. We will be using their services each and every time, as they are an exemplary company! Thank you all!

I called AZ pool pumps to replace our pump. They didn’t answer but texted me right back and they were able to give me a very reasonable quote for replacing our pool pump with a new pump or going with a rebuilt if we chose to. They then called me and answered any questions I had. They followed up with me and overall they were just really pleasant to deal with.
