Refresh Pools AZ

Ryan helped us update our older pool after we bought our home. He added a pool ledge, new tile, PebbleTec and updated equipment. Ryan is knowledgeable, easy to stay connected with and has a strong attention to detail. Doing this through COVID was challenging but he got things done. We love it! We just finished having our pool refinished with Refresh Pools and the results were fantastic. Having purchased our home last year, we knew that we were going to have to refinish the pool. I did a number of searches online and found that either companies wouldn't come to our location or never replied to requests for information from our website. Refresh Pools was different. Ryan contacted me soon after my inquiry and after discussing what we were looking for set up and appointment. As with other posts, Ryan had some good ideas and helped us pick out our finish, providing information on all of our options. In some cases it was an easy choice and on others he left it completely up to us while sharing his experiences (note: the LED light upgrade was worth every penny). The biggest positive, outside of the finished product, was communication. Ryan kept us up to date throughout the entire process and if scheduling needed to be adjusted he contacted us to make sure we were ok with the change. Quite simply, when Ryan said he was going to do something it got done and that was very reassuring. Upon completion, Ryan went over our pool with us and made sure that we knew how to work everything. He also reviewed our Chlorine and testing process with us so that we understood what to do. Overall, we couldn't have been more pleased with the process and will definitely work with Ryan and Refresh Pools again in the future.

We had a dishonest contractor complete half of our yard and needed Refresh Pools to come in and complete the remainder of the hard scape and pool. Excellent job and would recommend highly

I can’t say enough great things about refresh pools. When I moved into my home in Mesa, the pool had rebar sticking out & sun spots all over the place. It was a pain to keep clean & looked awful. Ryan was responsive and easy to work with. He helped picked out quality material within budget to resurface and tile the pool and was in touch regularly so I understood the process and time frames for everything. This is my first time having a pool of my own so having someone that I could trust to guide me through the process was crucial! The pool came out beautifully in the end! Refresh has a service side as well, but don’t service my area, so Ryan helped link me up with a great service guy! The pool looks amazing and has been a piece of cake to maintain and keep clean.
