        This was my first visit. Dr Vella came highly recommend by ND neighbor and my PCP doctor. I was so pleased (and relieved)to actually be listened to and taken seriously. I've been to many other surgeons for various problems where I've just been shrugged off as oh it's just part of aging get used to it. This was a good experience. I was given options and everything was explained to me well. I look forward to getting my problems resolved and being able to use my hands again without being in great pain.
