        Incredibly poor customer service. They gave us a bid to install medical gas. We accepted the quote. After 2 months of attempting to schedule the install, I gave up. Joe just wouldn’t return numerous calls. Very disappointing experience. Extremely disrespectful. If they didn’t have time, the very least they could do was to take 30 seconds to rerun a call and let us know.
