      image Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.. Jim Hagerty is extremely RUDE does not know how to speak to people with respect. I would not recommenced going to this business. Find other rental equipment with better support than this place. Probably wont be around much longer if they keep it up.

      image I would like to take the time to thank the staff at Tucson truck & caster (Phoenix) the store here in Tucson has closed. I had purchased a caster in November 2017 & it was giving me problems,so I went the store & found that it had closed down. On the door was a note to call the store in Phoenix. A few phone calls later & a couple of pictures, next day I had my new caster!!! Talk about customer service the next day before I had a chance to call & ask how would it be before I would get a new caster. Thanks again for your great customer service & super fast delivery. Would highly recommend you guys 5 stars all the way!!!!
