Rude - just rude. I went to Allstate Steel for a pretty simple job. I stood there for over 1 hour (they were not busy at all). The owner (Tex) was short, terse, and just didn't seem to give 1 ounce of care I was there to give him business. I "chased" him down 4 times trying to talk to him about my job, each time he walked away or he went to make a sandwich. At one point, I was (again) trying to talk to him, another customer walked up, and he raised his hand to me and shushed me. Can't attest to the quality of work, but the owner DOES NOT CARE about your business. To quote him "I've been doing this over 40 years, this is how I do it". That attitude shines through with him. I have no problem to pay a little more to a business that remembers the customer is kind of important.

My project is late 4 months.. I will need to go to court to make them finish.. they ask for money at front and they just never installed my gate

Right when you pull in your noticed the 20 cats that live there. They had the metal I needed which is a plus so had a hard time not gagging from the smell of cat urine inside and out. Also noticed all the employees cutting metal not wearing safety glasses or gloves. Was hoping more from this place since it's a small family operation and we'll come to it if I desperately need metal in the North Valley. Full spectrum artworks

This place is legit. I can’t believe I’ve lived in the area this long and without knowing it existed. This is so much better than the overpriced steel at Home Depot or driving to South Phoenix. Those who have written reviews with less than 100% positivity evidently have very little understanding of the industry.
