I brought to them the most legitimate complaint and had to wait one year until I was invited to a board meeting to discuss further. I presented very sound, black and white evidence, only to have them barely slap the hand of my chiropractor. I sat and watched them dismiss cases and side with chiropractors in the cases that came before mine. It became clear this "organization" is nothing if not on the side of chiropractors no matter what bad they are doing in their profession and absolutely unconcerned with protecting consumers from harm. This organization should be ashamed of what they do every day. What a waste of time and energy submitting a claim to them, only to see them turn a blind eye to the facts.
