I have been a long-standing Lululemon customer so it hurts me to even leave this review but my heart hurts enough I feel I should share. I recently made a large purchase and a week after, my nursing colleagues shared that Lululemon was graciously doing a discount for healthcare employees. As an ICU nurse who has cared for COVID patients for the last year and a half and also a new Mom who has been very isolated, I was so excited to hear of this discount. Getting back to taking care of my health and fitness is so important. Well, I had been informed that with your receipt and badge, they would be able to refund my discount since I was unaware at the time of my purchase. I came into the store and felt very disregarded. The stipulations are that you must have made the purchase within one week and have the tags still on the items you purchased. My order, which was made by an employee at this location, was 2 weeks and of course I have the tags off because I’ve worn the pieces. I’m trying not to be ungrateful for the gracious discount but my feelings are certainly hurt because the young woman assisting me didn’t acknowledge my circumstances whatsoever. And after the year and a half I’ve had, that hurt. As much as I love Lululemon clothing, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere after this encounter unfortunately. And sharing with my coworkers.
