My home has been insured with Geico / Nix Enterprises since 2017. I am set up for auto renewals, and have never missed a payment. All of a sudden this year, due to an address error in their system, they all of a sudden told me they were unable to renew the policy, without DOUBLING MY RATE, despite the fact I have a renewal notice in hand for the original amount, and despite the fact the policy has been renewing with the address error for nearly 5 years. To make matters worse, they cancelled the policy without any notification to me of any kind (its an auto renewing policy). Super unprofessional, and unhelpful when I tried to call to resolve. I would not recommend them to anyone. Go through Geico national instead!
