I interviewed at Integrate for their customer success team as I have an intensive background in data management, customer care, compliance, system softwares, etc as well as a creative background with fashion & film. I interviewed for 45 minutes with two different people, Tiffany & HR Nora. During this interview I introduced myself, who I was, what I was seeking and why I was there as well as answered any and all questions that were asked of me relating to my experience, excel, systems, marketing, etc. I as well had questions for the team on the day-to-day workload, what systems Id be utilizing, who Id be reporting to, so on and so forth. At the end of the interview Nora could not say enough great things about me & seemed as if though I was a perfect fit for the position and even added to leave a glass door review on the interview process (which I will be doing after this google review). Today, Monday 8/16/19 I received an email from the staffing agency relaying they went with a candidate that had less experience as My creative background was too much for them and they believe that the role starts out too slow for someone like me. I find this discriminative as my whole business background is IN DATA MANAGEMENT and my creative background is on my OWN TIME. I also found this comical to tell an agency they went with someone less qualified and with a mediocre background. I dodged a bullet with this place and thanks Nora for the tip on leaving a review on your interview process as this will definitely help any and all candidates researching Integrate before an interview.
