I used to work here and for the most part it was great. Our clients are amazing I have met the most wonderful people. Here staff was friendly and awesome .. the consumers truly get treated like they are friends and family. I miss working here sadly it is too far from we’re i live. When I worked there consumers needs were always met and my manager Josie was an angel going out of her way and buying things she thinks the consumer would like out of her own pocket. Planning activities for the consumers. Always made sure they’re interest’s and safety were priority girls I worked with cared about the clients seeing them more as friends than as consumers . I miss the consumers I had they really do leave an imprint in your heart.

Employees sleep on the job no matter what time of day. Not much interaction with the consumers unless it's to tell them what to do. Language and conversations not appropriate at all or the way staff talks down or embarrasses consumer in front of everyone about something that was done on accident or out of their control. But the training classes on the other hand are great and very informative. Unfortunately being high turnover job, anyone and everyone gets thru the door.
