First I'd like to say that I have never been so impressed with the commitment and customer service provided to me by this company. I went in earlier this week to get some signs made for an event I was hosting. I walked in and was immediately greeted by April. She was fantastic! Very polite and listened very well to what I was looking for. She assured me that I would be taken care of and believe me this company did. The prices were very competitive with other companies I have worked with in the past. But, with how well my experience went I will definitely be giving all my business to them.

You see a lot of reviews and think people are overexagerating, but I honestly experienced the worst customer service ever at this location. We waited 17 business days for our signs and for the installation of our sign on our truck. They said that it took longer due to the amount of stuff we put on our sign but we had to go into the store to find that out instead of them calling us to let us know it would take a little longer. My business partner expressed that he wasn't happy about this and the girl at the front literally said, "Well you guys never called so we didn't know you were upset on how long it was taking." So if your order that you spend hundreds of dollars on here is late or backed up they expect the paying customer to keep calling to check on their order instead of them being professional and doing that. Then when we came to get the sign installed the same girl sees me walk into the store and continues to cut her apple with a razor blade and ask how she can help me in a tone like she doesn't want to be there and asks, "Weren't they supposed to come first thing in the morning?" And they never gave us a time to come they just said the signs would arrive around 11 am and we got there at 12. Lastly, the sign they installed on our truck wasn't the right size (which they took the measurements the first time when we ordered it) so they printed another one in the shop... wait so why did we have to wait 17 days for you to install the sign on the truck if you could've just printed it out..? Then when installed, we have a black background on our sign and at the top there's about a inch of white strip which throws off the look of the sign. Honestly worst experience. We spent around 700 there, I hope they enjoyed that cuz they lost a customer in us. We'll get it signs made somewhere else, and I suggest you do too.
