        Horrible company to hire for any parking enforcement. I am looking for a replacement for our HOA and I am hearing some stories now. No efficient plate tracking system, unqualified to do any parking related enforcement. Numerous problems and owner is aware but ongoing issues and no remedy in sight warrants looking for a new company that is not security. Do your vetting before hiring UTS for any CC&R enforcement/HOA bylaws, they should not be taking any contracts for this.

        Completely disappointed. Our property continues to be vandalized nightly. We never see the patrol team on site, and we have SEVERAL employees who live here. I emailed on the 14th, sent another follow up a week later, and STILL haven't gotten a response back. Save your money and Run.

        Highly recommend Urban Tactical Security!! They’ve done some work for us at our job sites and we had a great experience with them each time. They’ve got great communication and I found them to be very trustworthy!! In an industry that is currently struggling for employees, they still managed to give us a 5 star experience. Kudos to this team!
