Subway

I read other reviews on here last night stating this location is always out of bread. I stopped in at 6:45 last night (they close at 8) and the first thing the lady behind the counter says is "we only have flatbread". So....they're done done for the day more than an hour before closing. This was my second visit. The first time, the same lady, who I believe is the manager, said to me "sorry, I'm all greasy and sweaty, I've been cleaning the bread machine". It's obvious she doesn't enjoy being there, and you know how sometimes you get the feeling an employee is taking jabs at customers, saying things they shouldn't, uncomfortable things, or just having an attitude that isn't rude enough to comment on but enough you can tell they don't want to be there and you're bothering them as a customer? That is what this location is. I get the feeling someone's father owned this location, passed away, and left it to someone who could care less about it. Don't go to this one, don't give them your money, when you're an employee, you need to do your job right. And at a sandwich, a SANDWICH shop, that involves having BREAD available. To, you know, make sandwiches with. Also, they don't comment on any of these reviews so you can tell they don't read them or care.

Good location, easy in and out. Great food, and friendly employees. Occasionally there are missing ingredients, but we can work around that. Thank you

I have been stalling on writing this hoping for the last year they would get better but they have not. They are always out of bread and or meat. Doesn’t matter the time or day. Today it’s 1130 am I just waited 20 min to get to the counter and guess what? No turkey and 3 white sub rolls left. Leaving empty handed again. No sub!!! Last week no bread. This happens frequently at this location.

The city has a mask policy. I refused to let this woman make my food. She went to speak to me and pulled the mask down further. It's not only the decent thing to do, but she is making food. IT'S THE LAW

At 8 pm had already put some food items away. They burnt my sandwhich and had already took the nozzle off the soda machine. Really unprofessional. Worst customer service experience i had there so far.
