WARNING! WARNING! Move in at your own risk. As others have said- the raise the rent each year - to buy new furniture for the clubhouse, pool& office. Yet, for years they can't seem to get the water system fixed. It gets turned off or we get a trickel almost monthly.  When we moved in the mgr was helpful and sympathetic.   We wrote a note - had to take the doors off the closets because the floor was so uneven.  All the drawers weren't  attached & all would fall out.  The refrigerator & stove both had to be replaced. Then one night I smelled smoke!  An electrical outlet was on fire & we lost all the electricity.   That happened Twice!!   The bathroom tub & surrounding area had been painted over & was now chipping - I had to paint it again- twice. Also had to glue the backsplash back on the wall.  The hotwater heater died but no one seemed to care- again- had to heat the water on the stove to wash dishes & take a bath - for over 2 weeks.  The back bedroom had a small hole in the carpet when we moved in - the bed covered it, so didn't give it a thought.  Later, that small hole took in the whole carpet!  The little night creatures need to make a comfy  home.  & the whole in the floor - I put a plank down so we would't fall thru.   The shed outside was leaking & the doors fell off.  OH, & theA/C died 3 times - in the summer.   We got NO help.  & they won't give us our deposit back because the place is in such bad condition.    I KNOW IT'S IN BAD CONDITION  I HAD TO LIVE THERE!!!!!                  Again, if you move in - beware!

David did an awesome job on the golf course !! Glad to see he's back in the saddle again!! Hope you read this David your doing a great job on the golf course

Rent increases every year, but services & amenities decrease! Very low water pressure going on for 5 weeks! Owners & management don't care residents aren't able to take showers, wash dishes, do laundry etc. due to busted water pipes not being fixed!
