Matador Mexican Restaurant

I love this Restaurant my mother would always take me here but now I haven't been there for a almost a year I would like to know if anyone knows if it is still open and running planning to eat there next week.

We hosted my son's wedding rehearsal dinner here and it was terrific! I worked with the owner, Alex, ahead of time long-distance to make sure everything was set. She arranged for us to have the the back room just for our party and still only charged for the food. They did a great job, the atmosphere was festive, the location centralized, the space was perfect. We all got half off on the parking garage with validation. The food got mixed reviews: my Tejano husband gave this Mexican food two-thumbs up while my mom thought the tamales were dry. Thanks, Matador! Great job!

There were a lot of locals there. We both had ice tea to drink, Kathy had the Spinach Enchiladas, I had the Seafood Enchiladas. They give you two types of restaurant made salsa and sadly that was the highlight of the visit. Kathy's enchiladas were OK, mine not so good and the service was non-existent. Not recommended. Price before gratuity was 27.16.

This place sucks. It's not even authentic. Waitress brings wrong orders & food really sucks...
