I sent a request for service regarding repair for our home treadmill which lost power and stopped working while my husband was in the middle of a workout. I received a call within a couple of hours and was asked to provide details about the treadmill, its location in our home and exactly what happened. The company informed me of what they believed the cause was and told me the repair would cost more than what we paid for the treadmill itself. They took the time to talk to me and understand the desired fitness goals and what machines would work best and not breakdown. I really appreciate a company that takes the time to talk to you and understand the issues over the phone, and not charge you for something that would cost you more than your initial investment. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, personable and honest company definitely give them a call!
