Called AAA on 12-17-2023, 1:10am. AAA service sent an Alert test message stating they received the service request #30149 at 1:23am. I called back at 2:45am to check on the status of AAA service ETA. The AAA rep. told me they are still looking/locating a company to provide service in my area. It's 30 degrees in my car with a dead battery. For two hours and still no ETA notification. Getting colder as time passes, I decided to cancel my service 005-20231217-30149 at 3:37am.

For a business who has a goal of having people safe and secure, the service you provide is very poor. 3 attempts to get my car towed. The third time I waited 4 hrs in 114 heat with my husband who had just been in a car accident. No one thought that there was anything they could do...so sad. I used to love AAA and what it stood for but the past two years have been awful so I've chosen to no longer be a member.

im am really let down and dissapointed. i live in Prescott AZ and its a retirement town and many remote areas, not everyone here does everything online or over the phone. many of us still prefer to do business face to face in person , yet they just closed up shop when their lease was up instead of renewing or finding a different office space ! it would really be nice if your business would open up another office space here in Prescott AZ .

The worst. Kept bumping up the time to tow my car to dealership after breaking down. Hours later I finally cancelled and found an alternative. Typical worthless AZ BS.

I have been a member of AAA since 1992. Never had a complaint until this past weekend
I called to cancel my husband who isnow deceased and give my new address in Arizona.
In the transfer from Florida to Arizona my membership was dropped. It didn't come to my attention until my daughter needed servive in Florida. No membership.
I paid for the reinstatement as well as the fee for immediate service. Florida had no knowledge of Arizona reinstatement and after many conversations with road service we gave up. I had spoken with several people about a refund without success. This is an exorbitant fee in the first place and given that it was AAA's fault in the first place, I cannot imagine in what world I should not receive a refund. I am very unhappy.
