I had an excellent experience with Impact and with Alban over my recruitment for a new contract-to-hire position - very attentive to keeping me posted throughout the process. Good to work with a team that has a good relationship with the hiring company as well. Ongoing support/ payroll/ benefits admin also first class and timely!

Based on my personal experiences working through Impact to get placed on a long term contract with a major employer in the Phx area, I would have to give them a thumbs up and a five star rating. I worked with the technical recruiter Alban Dementi to prepare for the interviews and get placed and then had regular follow up discussions with business development Mgr Menno Wickey and Erin Holtz of marketing who kept in touch to see how things were going. Very impressed with Impact thus far. Alban is very professional and understands a lot from the staffer viewpoint. The backoffice processes work very efficiently as well from what I can see. Thanks!
