Tracy is so hard to reach. She only replies when it’s convenient. If I would’ve seen these reviews beforehand I would’ve never leased through her.

There is no physical location for Blackhawk. It is ran out of a residential home. Incredibly difficult to get someone on the phone. Had to use the potential investor option just to get someone to answer the phone. Very shady setup and unprofessional conduct from all that work there. Communication is not a priority they hold nor one that they seem to practice with the people. This is not a company I would recommend using. Stay away from them if at all possible.

We had a great experience with Blackhawk Property Management. They were quick to respond to any maintenance repairs and they were right on time with a full refund of our security deposits. I would recommend them as a property manager to anybody.

Thanks for all who post on this Tracy lady. Wanted to rent but due to the negative comments and seeing no response from them tell me they don't care. I will contact the owner of the property direct and hope for the best. Thanks Google reviewers.

Do not rent from this property management . We were due to move into a home in San Tan valley. Traci gave us the lock box key code Thursday night 10/22 went and looked at home on 10/23 and say that it was not cleaned at all!. The home was filthy the yard was not cleaned and the home was not cleaned as promised. We tried to communicate several times with Tracy and she was very hard to get a hold of. Then to top it off as we were moving into the dirty home Saturday 10/24 we found DRUGS and evidence that drugs were being made there . We called the police and spoke to neighbors that confirmed the home had countless cars coming and going. We do not feel safe staying at the property I have three small children and my husband works many hours outside of the home. Tracy spoke to my husband and said she would do what she can to get our money back and that she was sorry. My husband spoke to her today 10/26 and now they are saying that isnt a good reason to get our money back and cancel our lease! Steven accused my husband that we were making it up WELL CHECK OUT ALL THE PHOTOS. My husband asked if they had even gone to the property after we called them and he said no. They will not refund all our deposits and rent which is $5000! We sell our home officially Thursday and have no safe place to take our children to. SHAME ON THEM FOR NOT BEING DIECENT BUISNESS OPERATORS OR HUMAN BEINGS!
