A rental property was listed and both myself and my roommate called and left a voicemail for Tyler, the realtor in charge of the property. 3 days later and neither of us had received a call back. I tried calling him again and he answered stating that the property had accepted an application this afternoon. I asked why he would accept an application without returning the voicemails regarding interest in the property. He stated that if he receives a hundred phone calls for the property that he's not returning all those calls. That is LITERALLY his job, to call about interests in the property. He should at the Very LEAST respond to people in the order that they called him. Having left a voicemail 3 days ago and knowing it was not returned on Purpose because their employees are clearly ignorant and don't care about anyone but themselves I will NEVER use this company and I will NEVER recommend that anyone else uses this company either. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The employees are extremely LAZY and Uncaring.
